Diane works in soft pastels and charcoal. Her subject is primarily the still life, expressed with energy and emotion in her own individual style.
Having first begun her study of art in 2006, she continues with training today. She has studied at Perkins Center for the Arts in Moorestown and Collingswood, NJ, at The Barn Studio of Art in Millville, NJ with Pat Witt, and at Fleisher Art Memorial in Philadelphia, PA. She has also attended workshops with Stan Sperlak of Cape May, NJ, Mary Prichard of Chestertown, MD, and Ben Cohen of Willingboro, NJ. She is a member of the New Jersey Pastel Painters Society.
From May 2012 to May 2015, Diane’s artwork was accepted and exhibited in 15 juried art exhibitions in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties. During that time, she also had two solo exhibits at Espressit Coffee House in Haddon Township, NJ, and one solo show at the Art Caboose Gallery at the Woodbury Train Station Café in Woodbury, NJ.
Diane looks forward to continuing to learn and grow as an artist.
