Susan Spitz

ss.DSCN3843-copy2-copy7-150x150Susan has always been a creative person, but for the past several years her creativity has been drawn towards photography. It started out slowly, but quickly developed into something she could never dream of being without. Susan’s sentiments are that photography drives her, it envelops her, it is her passion. She has recently joined the South Jersey Camera Club so that she can meet and learn from other photographers, in hopes of growing and perfecting this wonderful art.
Susan became interested in participating in juried Photography exhibits. The first one she put entrees into was The Smithville Mansion 2013 Juried Photography Exhibit. All three of her entrees were accepted and one of her pieces sold in that showing. This was very encouraging to her and gave her the courage to put entrees in subsequent upcoming shows.

Susan has always loved Haddonfield, so when she saw that the Markeim Arts Center was celebrating their towns Tricentennial, she was excited to participate by putting three of her photos in their exhibit, “Artistic Impressions of Haddonfield, a Tricentennial Celebration”. Followed by three entrees shown in their “Russet, Rouge and Bronze” exhibit.
In addition, she also had pieces in Cherry Hills Croft Farms Arts Center juried exhibit, “Fall Into The Arts”, and the South Jersey Camera Clubs Photography Exhibit at Medford Leas. Another honor that she is so very grateful for is that MThomas Galleries has an exclusive on one of her works, “Reflections of Peace”, which is displayed in their Haddonfield shop.
She states ” I don’t know where my love of photography will take me. It’s an open road ahead, filled with many beautiful things to capture and share as I travel the path set before me. I am just beginning this journey, and look forward to learning, growing and expressing my wonder of this amazing world all around me.”
