Scallops and bacon with orange marmalade
Chicken quesadillas with ranch drizzle

There will be an open bar with wine, beer and spirits.
Beer will be provided by the new brewery in Haddonfield, King’s Road Brewing Company.
Wine will be provided by Visit South Jersey and their New Jersey winery members.
Vodka will be provided by Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
Throughout the evening, artists from Ice Concepts will use chain saws and other surprising tools to create a one-of-a-kind ice sculpture that also supports the evening’s theme.
On the walls of Markeim will be the exhibition of the same name, Fire, Water & Ice, featuring the work of photographers Deborah Garwood and Mark Lennon. For more information about the exhibition click HERE.
Tickets are $85 each, $150 per pair. A portion of the tickets price is tax deductible as Markeim is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
